The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of the Chairman’s office and assisting with various administrative and personal tasks.Key Responsibilities:Manage and organize the Chairman’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Coordinate meetings and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.Assist in personal tasks and errands as required.
